Resilient Leadership Training
We are proud to be a partner in the Resilient Leadership: Workplace Mental Health Training, a free, comprehensive mindfulness-based program designed to equip leaders in British Columbia with the skills to navigate workplace challenges, prevent burnout, and foster a psychologically healthy work environment.
This training is supported by the Government of Canada and the Province of British Columbia (BC) and co-developed with the Canadian Mental Health Association (BC). The program provides practical tools for enhancing leadership skills, improving workplace mental health awareness, and implementing effective strategies to support teams.

Module 3: Mindful Leadership for Workplace Mental Health (4 live sessions)
