Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8 week program that can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and working memory, develop more awareness, increase resilience, and enhance focus and concentration. This psycho-educational group program helps develop capacity for greater calm and teaches practical skills to manage stress and build resilience.

Intake Interviews (via telephone): Wednesday, June 5, 2024 | 10am – 3pm
Orientation & Session 1: June 12, 2024 | 10am – 1pm
Sessions 2-8: June 19 – July 31, 2024 | 10am – 12:30pm
Silent Retreat: Saturday, July 20, 2024 | 10am – 4pm
Registration closes Friday, June 7 at 9am – late registrants will be contacted regarding phone intake date/time slot.
