MBCT Practicum Online 23–303–01
Canada’s only MBCT practicum accredited by The College of Family Physicians of Canada. This is the fourth module of our MBCT Facilitation Certificate Program. The course is open to all MBCT facilitators-in-training who meet the prerequisites. For more details, visit our MBCT Practicum page.
Timing
Orientation Session: Wednesday, November 2, 2022 | 4pm – 5pm ET
Wednesdays
Sessions 1-5: November 16 – December 14, 2022 | 4pm – 7:30pm ET
Sessions 6-10: January 11 – February 8, 2023 | 4pm – 7:30pm ET
Please try to reserve February 15, 2023 | 4pm – 7:30pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation.
The Centre strongly recommends that you register by November 1, 2022 at 5pm ET. Late registrants may have difficulty completing the required preparation work.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression: Second Edition by Zindel Segal, Mark Williams, John Teasdale
MBCT: Embodied Presence & Inquiry in Practice by Susan Woods, Patricia Rockman, Evan Collins
Please note that some additional reading and preparation is required. It is recommended that you register 2-3 weeks in advance at which time you will receive access to the course materials.
