Learn to manage anxiety & prevent the relapse of depression
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence-based group therapy providing tools and strategies for preventing depressive relapse, as well as reducing acute depression, anxiety and stress.

Intake Interviews (via telephone): Thursday, December 2, 2021 | 5pm – 8pm ET and Friday, December 3, 2021 | 12pm – 2pm ET and 5:30pm – 8pm ET
Orientation & Session 1: December 7, 2021 | 5pm – 8pm ET
Sessions 2-8*: December 14, 2021 – February 1, 2022 | 5pm – 7:30pm ET
Silent Retreat: Sunday, January 23, 2022 | 2pm – 6pm ET
* programs skips December 28th
Please reserve February 8th 5pm – 7:30pm ET in your schedule as a make-up session in the rare case of a session cancellation.
