Managing Mindfully in an Uncertain World  is a pay what you can community support series that has been specifically designed to help you cope with the added stress and anxiety brought on during these challenging times.

We will continue to offer this program throughout the summer as we learn to manage new beginnings and work with our anxiety and fears. The themes will continue our movement between self-awareness and interconnection, increasing our ability to use mindfulness and compassion for ourselves and others. Each session will include a talk on various coping skills and insights from our facilitator, followed by a mindfulness practice and an interactive discussion to follow.

Please note: These sessions are open to absolutely everyone – no matter if you have participated in previous sessions or are new to the group! You may sign up for one or all four sessions.
