• Participate in an open forum to ask questions about mindfulness meditation and practices

Facilitator
Elaine Smookler B.Mus. RP is a psychotherapist, a teacher, writer and performer who has been practicing mindfulness for 20 years. She has written about Mindfulness for The Medical Post, Mindful Magazine, the Toronto Fringe Festival, and has been a frequent guest on the CBC.
